Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • ¼ teriyaki tofu block, cubed
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Toppings: crushed peanuts, green onion, chili crisp

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In the meantime, whisk together peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Add some hot water to thin out the sauce if desired.
  3. Heat the same pot over medium heat and fry the tofu in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, until warmed through.
  4. Then, add the drained noodles and peanut sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Plate the noodles and top with chili crisp, crushed peanuts and green onions. Enjoy!
