Drain and give it an ice bath by putting the noodles in a bowl full of ice. Chop green onions and prepare the avocado. Plate the immi noodles on the zaru along with avocado, radish, soy sauce shiitake, and bamboo shoots. Sprinkle seaweed and top the noodles with chopped crabstick and green onion. Create dipping sauce by combining soy, water, mirin and agave in a small bowl. Dip the cold immi soba noodles in the sauce and enjoy the amazing taste.
