Ingredients

  • 1 lime
  • 1 mini cucumbers
  • 2 oz. hendricks gin
  • 3 shiso leaves
  • 2 tbsp sugar liquid
  • salt
  • ice
  • 1 immi Tom Yum “Shrimp”

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 lime and squeeze it into the cup.
  2. Chopped one mini cucumber and scoop it to the cup.
  3. Next, pour the the gin to the cup.
  4. Add shiso leaves and sugar syrup.
  5. Using the spin muddler mix the ingredients together crushing the cucumbers and shiso leaves.
  6. Sprinkle in a bit of a salt.
  7. Once the ice has been added, close the cups and make sure to shake it well.
  8. Transfer the cocktail to glass using a strainer. Garnish with shiso leaf and serve.
  9. Drink it while enjoying immi Tom Yum “Shrimp”!
