Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp shredded nori
  • bok choy
  • green onions
  • cooked immi ramen
  • shiitake mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Chop 1 clove of garlic.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, ½ tsp of salt, and ¼ of pepper and add the chopped garlic to the tomatoes.
  3. Mix it all and sprinkle 1 tbsp shredded nori.
  4. Place the tomatoes in the oven for about 15 minutes at 360 degrees.
  5. Add soup to the cooked immi ramen and shiitake mushrooms.
  6. Place the roasted tomatoes on top of the immi ramen and add bok choy.
  7. Add chopped green onions to finish it off.
