In a pan, put minced garlic, oil, and green onions and add ¼ cup of vegan ground pork. Add 1 tsp of soy sauce and keep cooking the ground pork. Plate the cooked immi noodles and add bok choy, wood ear mushrooms, scallions, and fried ground pork on the side. Add 1 tbsp of roasted corns, mung bean sprouts, and pour the broth. Place ½ boiled egg, top it off with green leafy veggies, and get ready for slurping!
