Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In a bowl, add ramen noodles and top with alternating layers of tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle balsamic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with basil leaves and enjoy!
