Ramen Burger

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 immi packet of Tom Yum “Shrimp” ramen
  • 1 burger patty
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp kimchi
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 1 shiso leaf
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1 tsp furikake
  • 1 sliced of tomato
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil


  1. Add immi noodles to the boiling water and cook for 9 minutes.
  2. To form noodle buns, use mason jar lids. Heat cooking oil in a pan, place the noodle-filled mason jar lids, and fry until both sides are crispy. Set aside.
  3. Throw your hand-formed burger patties onto the grill.
  4. Place the immi noodle buns on a plate. Add the grilled burger patty on top of the noodle bun.
  5. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, and veggies of your choice like avocado, cucumber, kimchi, shiso leaf, green onion and furikke.
  6. Drizzle some sesame oil over the top.
