Ingredients

  • 1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi
  • 3 slices of pork belly
  • Handful of marinated bamboo shoots
  • 3 slices of fish cake
  • 1 sheet of snacking seaweed
  • Green onion, thinly sliced
  • Hot garlic oil, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, and cook until brown on both sides. Set aside.
  2.  Add 1.5 cups of water to a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet and noodles, then lower the heat to medium low. Cook for 6 minutes. In the last 2 minutes of cook time, add the fish cakes.
  3.  Assemble your ramen and top with the fish cakes, marinated bamboo shoots, pork belly, seaweed, green onion and hot garlic oil. Enjoy!
