Next, add in 2 tablespoons of pine nuts and squeeze out ½ oz. of lemon juice. Sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ tsp of pepper. Drizzle 2 oz. of olive oil and blend it all up. Pour out the pesto into a bowl. Add pesto to the bowl of cooked immi noodles and mix. Plate the pasta and add shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and leaves for garnish.
