Add in the ground pork and cook until browned. Next, add in soy sauce, lime juice, green onion, stir for 2 minutes then transfer half of the mixture into a small bowl (this will be the topping). Pour 1 ½ cups of water into the pot, then let the water come to a boil. Add immi’s Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu ramen into the boiling water and cook for 6 minutes. Pour the cooked ramen into a bowl and top with remaining ground pork you set aside!
