Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Black Garlic Chicken immi
  • ¼ block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp edamame
  • 2 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 tbsp kimchi juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, add 1.5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the spice packet, mushrooms, tofu, edamame, kimchi and juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add immi noodles and cook for 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  3. Plate and enjoy!
