Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushroom
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tom Yum Shrimp immi packet
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Furikake
  • 2 eggs
  • Diced green onions

Instructions

  1. Dice up all your veggies (green beans, carrots, shiitake mushroom, garlic) to the same size.
  2. Grab your packet of immi and give it a good smash.
  3. Boil the smashed immi ramen and set it aside.
  4. Add your diced garlic to the pan, then add green beans and carrots and set it aside.
  5. Now add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan.
  6. Throw in the 1/2 cup of cooked and broken up immi noodles.
  7. Add back the cooked veggies to the pan.
  8. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and the 3 tbsp of ketchup to the pan.
  9. Add diced green onions.
  10. Now cook the 2 eggs on another pan.
  11. Add the fried rice to the eggs.
  12. Serve with more ketchup, mayonnaise, and furikake
