Ingredients

  • ½ onion
  • ¼ carrot
  • 1 ginger
  • ½ cup of cabbage
  • ¼ shiitake mushroom
  • 1 tofu
  • 1 packet of immi
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp yakisoba sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop onions, carrots, ginger, cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Put the chopped vegetables in a pan with tofu and fry them for a few seconds.
  3. Cook immi noodles, drain, and add them to the pan.
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil and stir the noodles to mix with the vegetables.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of yakisoba sauce and mix it all together.
  6. Plate your yakisoba noodles to serve.
