immi Noodle Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • ¼ package of immi noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • neutral oil
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • spring onions

Instructions

  1. Crush the immi noodles into smaller pieces and boil them in water for 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and the boiled immi noodle bits. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked rice, ensuring an even mix with the noodle bits.
  4. Crack the egg into the pan and mix it thoroughly with the rice and noodles.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with the immi packet seasoning. Continue tossing the ingredients until well combined.
  6. Top the fried rice with chopped green onions for added freshness.
  7. Use a kitchen torch to give the dish a wok-flavoured finish, enhancing the overall taste.
