Fry tofu squares on both sides until golden brown. Set aside. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil until well combined. Add drained noodles and toss to coat evenly. Top ramen with fried tofu, green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
