Curled Green Onion Ramen Topping

  • 1 medium green onions
  • ½ soft boiled egg
  • 2 pieces of baby bok choy
  • 1 immi ramen


  1. Slice the green onions horizontally into thin pieces.
  2. Place the chopped green onions in a bowl filled with ice water, stir, and allow them to chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the immi ramen as instructed on the packaging. Simultaneously, boil an egg on the side.
  4. After 30 minutes, take out the chilled green onions from the ice water. They should appear curled or permed.
  5. Place the chilled, permed green onions in a ramen bowl. Add toppings such as baby bok choy and a soft-boiled egg.
