Ingredients

  • 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tbsp chili oil
  • ¼ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Thai chili, thinly sliced
  • Green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan over medium heat, heat chili oil until sizzling. Crack the egg and cook until the whites are cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to instructions.
  4. Top your ramen with the chili crisp egg, bell pepper, thai chili, green onion and more chili oil, if desired. Enjoy!
