Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • 1 chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 tbsp shaved parmesan

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and cook chicken until browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and the alfredo sauce. Heat over medium heat until bubbling, then add spinach and cook until softened. Add chili crisp and mix until well combined. Then, add the chicken, parmesan and the immi noodles. Mix well until noodles are coated in the sauce and parmesan is melted.
  5. Plate the noodles and top with more chili crisp and parmesan. Enjoy!
