Ingredients

  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • 3 of your favorite banchan (I did radish kimchi, fish cakes and seaweed salad)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp kimchi juice
  • ½ tsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Place noodles in a bowl and add the soy sauce, kimchi juice and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Top the ramen with 3 heaping portions of each banchan. Mix together and enjoy!
