Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu Ramen with Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu immi ramen
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 1 tbsp immi topping mix
  • Green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken thighs to your preference and taste. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, adding the topping mix with 3 minutes left of cook time.
  3. Plate ramen and top with sliced chicken thigh and green onions. Enjoy!
