Ingredients

  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • 4 oz kimchi, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup cucumber, cut into matchsticks
  • Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds and hard boiled egg


Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, rinse under cold water and drain. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together kimchi, water, gochujang, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Plate ramen noodles in a bowl and add kimchi mixture. Mix well until noodles are fully coated. Top with cucumber, egg, green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy right away!
