Then, rinse under cold water and drain. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix together kimchi, water, gochujang, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil until well combined. Plate ramen noodles in a bowl and add kimchi mixture. Mix well until noodles are fully coated. Top with cucumber, egg, green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy right away!
