In a pot, combine plant-based milk and water. Heat gently (don’t boil). Whisk in miso paste and matcha powder until smooth. Add the immi soup base and stir well. Add mushrooms and simmer for 2–3 mins until hot and creamy. Pour broth over the noodles. Top it off with your favorite add-ons: a jammy egg, green onions and extra matcha powder for extra flair.
