Ingredients

  • 1 Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp immi toppings
  • Toppings: chili oil and green onions

Instructions

  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the egg and cook for 6-7 minutes. Immediately drain and place in an ice bath and let cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Then, add the immi noodles and spice packet and cook according to the package instructions, adding the immi toppings in the last 4 minutes of cook time.
  3. To serve, top the ramen with the halved jammy egg, green onions and chili oil. Enjoy!
