Set aside. Heat a fry pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp neutral oil and sear ground chicken on one side until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Flip over and break into small pieces. Add a splash of Bachan’s and sauté until cooked through. Set aside. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. To plate, add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, soft boiled egg on top of your ramen and drizzle the sauce all over. Mix together and enjoy!
