Best served with Tom Yum immi ramen Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark Instructions In a large bowl, mix sweet corn, salt, potato starch, and egg until well combined. In a deep skillet, pour enough vegetable oil to coat the whole pan and place over medium-high heat. The oil is ready when you can drop the batter into the oil and it begins to sizzle immediately. Gently drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the hot oil, and cook until golden on both sides (3-5 minutes). Immediately toss your cooked corn fritters in sugar, salt, lime juice and optionally top with mayonnaise, red pepper powder, parmesan, and parsley. These corn fritters are best paired with immi’s Tom Yum ramen!
