Add green chilis, ginger, shallots, garam masala, red chili powder, and stir until the shallots become translucent. Add tomatoes, coriander, and water. Let the water come to a boil. Add immi noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the egg mixture over the noodles, cover and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Mix and enjoy!
