Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 slices pork belly
  • 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • Pinch of gochugaru (or red pepper powder)

Instructions

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, sauté the pork belly in vegetable oil until the meat is browned.
  2. Next, pour 1 ½ cups of water into the same pot. Bring the water to a boil, then add the immi ramen noodles and boil for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, Spicy “Beef” immi spice packet, and cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pot of ramen, and quickly stir everything together over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
  5.  Top with more cheese and gochugaru!
