Wrap it with seaweed and hold it together using some pieces of rice. Dip into ½ white flour, 2 eggs, and ¼ cup of panko mix for batter. Shallow fry both sides for 30 seconds or until golden brown. Prepare the dipping sauce and mix ½ cup of mayo and 3 tbsp of sriracha.
