Put ½ cup of chopped carrots and ½ cup of diced potatoes. Next, add ¼ cup of shiitake mushrooms. Stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 cube of Japanese curry mix and stir for another 10 minutes. Pour over cooked immi noodles. Sprinkle with green onions and seaweed.
