Ingredients

  • 1 leaf baby bok choy
  • ¼ cup of cooked immi noodles
  • 1 fried tofu, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mushrooms, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp furikake
  • 1 cup immi Black Garlic “Chicken” soup

Instructions

  1. Put baby bok choy in a mason jar and add cooked immi noodles.
  2. Next, add fried tofu and chopped mushrooms.
  3. Put chopped carrots and add another cooked immi noodles.
  4. Layer another piece of fried tofu and chopped carrots.
  5. Then, add chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.
  6. Sprinkle in furikake and put 1 cup of immi Black Garlic “Chicken” soup.
