Grab 1 lime and cut it in half. Finely chop some peanuts. In a pan, fry the tofu, mushroom and carrots for two minutes. Set it aside. Next, put the garlic and cooked immi ramen and crack one egg into the pan. Combine the veggies and tofu in the pan and mix everything. Drizzle the tamarind paste, sweet soy sauce, and fish sauce into the pan. Give it a mix and transfer it to another plate. Squeeze the lime and add in the chopped peanuts.
