On medium heat, put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the garlic, Chinese broccoli, fried tofu and shiitake mushrooms. Mix the cooked immi noodles into the pan. Drizzle sweet soy and oyster sauce over the noodles. Crack and add one egg, stirring it into the noodles and vegetables to mix. Sprinkle with white pepper.
