Ingredients

  • 2 marinated tofu skins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cooked rice
  • green onions
  • 1 tbsp of shredded seaweed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cooked immi ramen

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinated tofu skins and open it like a pocket.
  2. Put some cooked rice inside the tofu skins.
  3. Crack some eggs and remove the yolk.
  4. Add the yolk inside the tofu skins, and add green onions.
  5. Put them in the steam basket and steam for 3 minutes.
  6. Add steamed egg tofu to cooked immi ramen and top it off with green onions.
  7. Sprinkle seaweed and pour the immi broth.
