- 2 marinated tofu skins
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooked rice
- green onions
- 1 tbsp of shredded seaweed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cooked immi ramen
Instructions
- Prepare the marinated tofu skins and open it like a pocket.
- Put some cooked rice inside the tofu skins.
- Crack some eggs and remove the yolk.
- Add the yolk inside the tofu skins, and add green onions.
- Put them in the steam basket and steam for 3 minutes.
- Add steamed egg tofu to cooked immi ramen and top it off with green onions.
- Sprinkle seaweed and pour the immi broth.
