Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small watermelon, cut
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional toppings: assorted fruit, sweetened red bean, mochi, etc.

Instructions

  1. Hollow and cut one small watermelon into large chunks.
  2. Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth, then strain the juice into a metal bowl.
  3. Place the bowl in the freezer for 2-3 hours, making sure to mix the juice every 30 minutes with a fork.
  4. Once the watermelon juice is completely frozen (or slushy consistency), serve in your hollowed watermelon and top with sweetened condensed milk, red bean, fruit, and mochi!
