- 1 small watermelon, cut
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- Optional toppings: assorted fruit, sweetened red bean, mochi, etc.
Instructions
- Hollow and cut one small watermelon into large chunks.
- Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth, then strain the juice into a metal bowl.
- Place the bowl in the freezer for 2-3 hours, making sure to mix the juice every 30 minutes with a fork.
- Once the watermelon juice is completely frozen (or slushy consistency), serve in your hollowed watermelon and top with sweetened condensed milk, red bean, fruit, and mochi!
