Ingredients

- 1–2 tbsp minced onion
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 radish
- 1 carrot
- leafy vegetables
Instructions
- To a bowl, add 1 to 2 tbsp of minced onions, 3 tbsp of oil, 3 tbsp of tamari and 3 tbsp of wine vinegar.
- Next, add 1 tbsp of white sugar, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, ½ tsp of pepper and mix it all up until the ingredients emulsify.
- Thinly slice some radish and peel some carrots. Drop carrots and radish into ice water to keep it crisp.
- Place the radish and carrots on a bed of salad and drizzle the dressing. Mix it up with your hands.
