- 1 carrots
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 eggplant
- 1 oz. broccoli
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1 cooked immi noodles
- oil
- salt
Instructions
- Chop carrots, sweet potato, eggplant and broccoli.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- Next, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
- Add 1.5 cups of water to the bowl and stir until the consistency thickens.
- Coat all the veggies in the mixture.
- Fry the coated veggies until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper-lined plate. Sprinkle salt.
- Allow it to cool slightly. Serve with cooked immi noodles.
