- ¼ carrot
- ½ onion
- ¼ oz. mushrooms
- ¼ green beans
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp water
- immi Spicy “Beef” broth
Instructions
- In a skillet, over medium heat, put oil. Add the veggies, such as carrots, red bell pepper, onions, mushrooms and green beans.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp cornstarch and 4 tbsp water to thicken the sauce.
- Saute the veggies. Add in the immi Spicy “Beef” broth and thickener.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
