- 1 packet of immi in Spicy “Beef” ramen
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 marinated tofu
- 10 strips of bamboo shoots
- ¼ shiitake mushrooms
- ½ hard-boiled egg
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Cook immi noodles, drain, and transfer to a bowl filled with ice to cool.
- In a pot, dissolve Spicy “Beef” seasoning in 1 cup of water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the spicy beef broth and stir until the mixture is reduced by ¼.
- In a bowl, place the immi noodles, marinated tofu, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms and hard-boiled egg. Squeeze lime over the ramen bowl.
- In a separate bowl, pour in the prepared tsukemen.
- Dip the immi ramen noodles into the tsukemen and savor the delightful flavors.
