- 3 – 4 eggs
- 1 green onions, for garnish
- 1 cooked immi noodles
- cooking oil
Instructions
- Crack 3 to 4 eggs and bet them until completely mixed.
- Heat the oil in a small pan non-stick frying pan.
- Pour in the egg mixture and wait for a few seconds for the bottom to set.
- Use a wooden chopstick and hold it steady in the middle of the omelette, use the panhandle to turn the pan with the other hand, twisting the omelette into a tornado shape.
- Place it on top of the cooked immi noodles and add green onions.
