- 1 tomato
- 1 green onion
- 1 ginger
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 packet of immi ramen in Spicy “Beef”
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Diced up a tomato, chopped some green onions and sliced ginger.
- In a pot, put 1 tablespoon of oil on low heat and add everything.
- After a minute, add 1.5 cups of water and 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning pack.
- Whisk up an egg and stir the soup before the egg.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water.
- Pour the slurry to thicken the soup.
- Combine the cooked immi ramen and soup, and top it off with some chopped green onions.
