- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 packet of immi in Tom Yum “Shrimp” ramen
- 1 tbsp thai curry paste
- ¼ oz. broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- ¼ green beans
Instructions
- In a bowl, put the immi Tom Yum “Shrimp” broth.
- Add 1 can of coconut milk.
- Add the veggies, such as broccoli, red bell peppers, and green beans.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of Thai curry paste and put into the bowl.
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
