Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 packet of immi in Tom Yum “Shrimp” ramen
  • 1 tbsp thai curry paste
  • ¼ oz. broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ¼ green beans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, put the immi Tom Yum “Shrimp” broth.
  2. Add 1 can of coconut milk.
  3. Add the veggies, such as broccoli, red bell peppers, and green beans.
  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of Thai curry paste and put into the bowl.
  5. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
