- ½ cup flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼tsp baking soda
- oil
- 1 cooked immi ramen
Instructions
- In a bowl, pour water and mix ½ cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- Add ½ teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
- Mix them to ensure that there’s no lump.
- In a pan, heat the oil. Add small drops of the batter to the pan and fry them until crispy.
- Add the fried tempura to the cooked immi ramen.
