Ingredients

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼tsp baking soda
  • oil
  • 1 cooked immi ramen

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, pour water and mix ½ cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
  3. Mix them to ensure that there’s no lump.
  4. In a pan, heat the oil. Add small drops of the batter to the pan and fry them until crispy.
  5. Add the fried tempura to the cooked immi ramen.
