- 1 immi Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu packet
- 6 oz of steak
- 4 shrimp
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garnish: parsley and lemon wedge
Instructions
- Season shrimp and steak with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, salt, garlic and garlic powder until well combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side, adding 1 tbsp of the garlic butter halfway through. Set aside.
- Cook steak 3-5 minutes on each side until browned, basting with 2 tbsp of garlic butter halfway through. Set aside to rest. Slice the steak after resting for 7+ minutes.
- Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles according to instructions. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water and add to a bowl with the spice packet.
- Add noodles, sliced steak, shrimp and parsley. Squeeze lemon and enjoy!
