- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices pork belly
- 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- Pinch of gochugaru (or red pepper powder)
Instructions
- In a pot over medium-high heat, sauté the pork belly in vegetable oil until the meat is browned.
- Next, pour 1 ½ cups of water into the same pot. Bring the water to a boil, then add the immi ramen noodles and boil for 8-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, Spicy “Beef” immi spice packet, and cheese until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pot of ramen, and quickly stir everything together over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
- Top with more cheese and gochugaru!
