- 1 packet of immi in Black Garlic “Chicken” ramen
- 1 green onion
- ½ avocado
- radish, thinly sliced
- 9 slices of bamboo shoots
- crabstick, thinly sliced
- 5 slices of soy sauce marinated shiitake
- 1 tsp of shredded seaweed
- 2 tbsp soy
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp agave
Instructions
- Cooked immi noodles according to instructions. Drain and give it an ice bath by putting the noodles in a bowl full of ice.
- Chop green onions and prepare the avocado.
- Plate the immi noodles on the zaru along with avocado, radish, soy sauce shiitake, and bamboo shoots.
- Sprinkle seaweed and top the noodles with chopped crabstick and green onion.
- Create dipping sauce by combining soy, water, mirin and agave in a small bowl.
- Dip the cold immi soba noodles in the sauce and enjoy the amazing taste.
