- 1 packet of immi in Black Garlic “Chicken”
- 1 bamboo shoots, cut into strips
- carrots, julienned
- 1 tofu
- bean sprouts
- 2 bok choy
- 1 shiitake, sliced
- ½ smoked egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, put a handful of cooked immi noodles.
- Add bamboo shoots, chopped carrots, tofu, bean sprouts, bok choy and smoked egg.
- Cover the bowl with a seran wrap.
- Punch a hole with a knife.
- Add wood chips to the smoking device and light it up to smoke the ramen bowl.
- Next, in boiling water, pour 1 pack of immi Black Garlic “Chicken” seasoning.
- Add the soup to the smoked ramen bowl.
