Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp agave
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 boiled eggs
- green onion
- 1 tsp furikake
Instructions
- Put 2 cloves of chopped garlic in a pot and add 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of agave.
- Next, add in 2 tablespoons of water. Stir and let it simmer for two minutes.
- When it’s cooled down drop in the boiled eggs.
- Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Add wood chips to the smoker device that’s connected to the pot.
- Cut the smoked eggs in half and transfer them to a plate.
- Drizzle soy sauce, and add in toppings of green onion and furikake over the smoked egg.
