Ingredients

- 1 lime
- 1 mini cucumbers
- 2 oz. hendricks gin
- 3 shiso leaves
- 2 tbsp sugar liquid
- salt
- ice
- 1 immi Tom Yum “Shrimp”
Instructions
- Cut 1 lime and squeeze it into the cup.
- Chopped one mini cucumber and scoop it to the cup.
- Next, pour the the gin to the cup.
- Add shiso leaves and sugar syrup.
- Using the spin muddler mix the ingredients together crushing the cucumbers and shiso leaves.
- Sprinkle in a bit of a salt.
- Once the ice has been added, close the cups and make sure to shake it well.
- Transfer the cocktail to glass using a strainer. Garnish with shiso leaf and serve.
- Drink it while enjoying immi Tom Yum “Shrimp”!
