- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 tbsp shredded nori
- bok choy
- green onions
- cooked immi ramen
- shiitake mushrooms
Instructions
- Chop 1 clove of garlic.
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, ½ tsp of salt, and ¼ of pepper and add the chopped garlic to the tomatoes.
- Mix it all and sprinkle 1 tbsp shredded nori.
- Place the tomatoes in the oven for about 15 minutes at 360 degrees.
- Add soup to the cooked immi ramen and shiitake mushrooms.
- Place the roasted tomatoes on top of the immi ramen and add bok choy.
- Add chopped green onions to finish it off.
